Lifting garage doors, stages of installation work
The gate manufacturing process consists of the following stages:
- Preparing the opening for the system. Vertical supports are inserted to a depth of 2 cm and secured with anchor bolts. A beam with a size of 120*80 mm is used as supports.
- The beam is being assembled. The horizontal beam is mounted parallel to the crossbar in the opening.
- To make the frame, two guide rails are made. The elements are made of 4 metal corners. Rollers will move along the rails and are fixed to the sash.
- Then the frame of the canvas is made. Profiles of metal corners are welded to each other and then attached to the finished box.
