But, as you understand, there is a serious load on the crossbar here, so it is best in this case to use not wood, but a metal brand (you can also use two corners if you weld them together and give the shape of a brand).

It is best to fasten the racks not with screws, but with bolts, but for the seat you can use ordinary slats and screws, hanging it on cables, which are always sold in hardware stores as clotheslines (their price is higher, but the strength is excellent).
